Google restructured its AI subscription lineup at I/O 2026: AI Plus stays at $7.99/month, AI Pro at $19.99/month, and a new AI Ultra tier starts at $99.99/month (the previous $250 tier drops to $200). Ultra users get exclusive access to the Gemini Spark autonomous agent, 20TB storage, and YouTube Premium. Google also switched metering from prompt count to compute consumption, so simple tasks use fewer quota units.
